ニューヨーク。バスケットケースを抱える青年ドゥエイン。そのバスケットの中には、シャム双生児として生まれ、望まぬまま切り離された異形の兄ベリアルがいた。ふたりは自分たちを切り離し、ベリアルを虫けら同然に捨てた医師たちへの復讐を果たしていく。
監督は『ブレインダメージ』『フランケンフッカー』のカルト映像作家フランク･ヘネンロッター。撮影は『ミシシッピー･サマー』『ブレインダメージ』のブルース･トーベット。スーパー16／16mm撮影。音楽は『ブレインダメージ』のガス･ルッソ。
