スラッシャー映画製作のためにモスクワを訪れたアメリカの撮影チーム。特殊効果スタッフとして撮影に参加している聴唖の女性ビリーは、撮影終了後のスタジオで実際の殺人を撮影する現場を目撃してしまう･･･。主演は『オーロラの下で』のロシア人女優マリナ･スディナ。製作･監督･脚本は『ファングルフ／月と心臓』のアンソニー･ウォラー。ジュラルメール･ファンタスティック映画祭（旧･アボリアッツ国際ファンタスティック映画祭）審査員特別賞受賞作。
