『シビル･ウォー』でキャプテン･アメリカに加担したため、ソコヴィア協定違反により2年間の自宅謹慎処分となったアントマンことスコット･ラング。またピム博士と娘ホープも、スコットの行動によって警察から追われる身に。そんな状況下でも博士は、妻ジャネットを量子世界から見つけ出すための研究を重ねていた。そこへ突如現れた謎の美少女ゴースト。どんなものでも自由にすり抜けることができる彼女の狙いは、アントマンの秘密を保持する博士の研究所にあった･･･。完璧すぎるヒロインのワスプとともに、世界を守るための戦いに身を投じていくアントマンを描く痛快作（MCUの時系列的には『アベンジャーズ／インフィニティ･ウォー』に続く作品）。
